1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

2. How to Return Items

• Items you wish to return

Step 2: Pack Your Items

• Use the original packaging if possible
• Ensure items are unworn and in original condition
• Include all tags and labels
• Include a copy of your order confirmation or delivery note

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Note: You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the items are defective or we sent you the wrong item.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In the same condition that you received them
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Returned within 14 days of receiving your order

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items marked as final sale

4. Refunds

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We will process your refund within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at reklamacje@royalfashion.pl with:

• Your order number
• Description of the defect
• Photos of the defect

Under EU law, you have a 2-year warranty for defective products. We will either repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
